What is non-contact boxing/kickboxing?

Non-contact boxing/kickboxing at BoxFit is a high-intensity workout where participants perform punches, kicks, and other movements without physical contact with others. It’s designed to improve fitness, strength, and coordination while being safe and fun.

How long are the classes?

Each class lasts for 60 minutes, providing a full-body workout that includes warm-up, main workout, and cool-down phases.

How many calories can I burn in a class?

You can burn up to 1000 calories in a single class, depending on your effort and fitness level.

What can I expect in a typical class?

Classes start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by various boxing/kickboxing drills, combinations, and bodyweight exercises. The session ends with a cool-down and stretching to enhance recovery.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Instructors provide modifications for beginners and advanced variations for more experienced participants.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

We provide all necessary equipment, including gloves and hand wraps. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
