...and I started my fitness journey 20 years ago, though I loved being fit and looking good but I always disliked the process of exercising and dieting, which forced me to ask my self "why is fitness so boring and what do I need to do to make it a lifestyle?"

In my Journey, I learnt boxing while living in small South American country called Ecuador. I came back to India and started Boxfit to help people stay fit while still having fun. During Covid we launched the Movie Star Body Project where we trained closely with 15,000+ people across the globe on their fitness and life goals.

In my quest to understand and master my Mind and Body, I have spend considerable time practicing Buddhist Meditation techniques in Ladakh and Nepal besides various fitness disciplines.
